Terminated my mtn contract with Nashua Mobile in Paarl in Sept/Oct 2012, and still get billed for the R10 postage every month. Initially inquired the procedure of termination via telephone. Liesel at Nashua stipulated that I need only to send an email, where after I sent the termination email. Only to receive another bill, where after again I emailed her. Didn't get any response.
In January, I went there in person, another lady checked on their system, confirmed it, and I had to fill out a form in order to stop the billing. Still got a bill of R10 for postage.
The reason I cancelled my contract with Nashua mobile in the first place was because of bad service. They never informed me when I'm due for an upgrade during the three 24 month contracts I had with them. My first contract was on my dads name and account when I was still studying. To transfer it on to my name and account was a pain in the - given the run around etc. Don't waste your time with them, they don't offer any better deals or service, plus they're closed on weekends so you'll most likely have to take time off from work to sort out their, cause they're too pathetic to do it themself
