I am very confused. First my account is listed as a write off with the credit bureaus then i get contacted by Easton Berry Incorp for the full amount that was outstanding. Now i have settled the full amount and they sent me a paid up letter but they still have not updated my ITC records. I am being sent back and forth because when i call Game they tell me the account is written off but now the lawyers are telling me that Game needs to update the ITC records. Can somebody please take responsibility and just update my ITC records as far as this account is concerned? This is tiring now!!!
