ITC NOT UPDATED DESPITE ME PAYING ACCOUNT IN FULL

I had paid my Standard Bank Edgars Mastercard off in full and final settlement earlier this year and my ITC records STILL REFLECT AS 2 MONTHS IN ARREARS. I am extremely upset about this and this has now affected my BOND APPLICATION for a home.

I need the records to be updated IMMEDIATELY in order for my score to increase as this is absolutely infuriating that I have done my bit in paying the account yet despite having received the necessary paperwork STANDARD BANK has failed to UPDATE MY RECORDS.
