INCORRECT INFORMATION

Today i phoned to do an upgrade after holding looking for the correct package i finally agree to the Smart Standard Package which was told to me that it was R399 per month. After doing the migration we were ordering the phone which the agent then said how much is the pacjage again so i said to her you said R399 which was now incorrect it was now R499 in a span of 2mins??? how can it go up R100 in 2mins she said she gave the wrong amount which is not my problem. i then receive a quotation in the amount of R389. per month which expires tomorrow i then phone the call centre again to confirm the quoatation and now it doesnt exist?? i mean really this is all in a span of 30 mins. what kind of service is this???

absoloutly shocking will now be canceling the contract and going to mtn or cell c
