The area where I live has very bad MTN cellphone signal, I am not the only MTN customer experiencing this problem in the complex that I live.
I have lodged a complaint with the coverage department in Feb, only to be told it is impossible to have signal problems in my area as there is a tower nearby. This was the answer I got after sending them my GPS co-ordinates.
I followed up about 4 times via e-mail to which I got no response. The only response was via telephone that a technician will come out to have a look. Nothing has happened to this day.

I will forward you the ref number of the other people on our property if needed. This is unacceptable as I pay a lot of money for a cellphone contract which I constantly have signal issues with.
