I recently complained that the Sony authorised repair centre damaged my phone and insisted that head office resolve this without impacting on my ability to use a cell phone for business i.e. they need to supply a similar loan phone while my phone gets repaired or replace my phone as they had already had opportunity to repair the unit and I got it back with more damages.
The reply was I don't spend enough to qualify for a loan phone and they were only prepared to offer me one months subscription at no charge. That doesn't help me when I don't have my phone for up to 6 weeks and I need it to communicate with teams around the country as a project manager. I told them the offer was unacceptable and they need to come back with a better offer..
