I have recharged my cell c number with R35, so with super charge I qualify for 35 mins cellc to cellc, 35 sms and 35meg for 3 days, I wanted to look how it work and guess what it uses my airtime for the sms's and the calls, so I called the call centre and they tell me that is not a cell c number, but it is I ported it to the network, after they investigated they saw it is a cellc number, but why it took my airtime so they put me 2 times on hold and hung up, and every time this verification process... This is a unacceptable unprofessional attitude!
Every time there is another reason, so investigate, give my airtime back, also the supercharge that I did not enjoy!!!
