Fault ref: 863CTK110213 has NOT been resolved by Telkom DTAC
Telkom's fault logging website claims that Fault # 863CTK110213 is closed and has been resolved???!!!

[URL Removed] website indicates my ADSL speed was:
0, 37Mbps on 11 Feb -
0, 33Mbps on 12 Feb -
0, 12Mbps on 13 Feb -
0, 39Mbps on 14 Feb -
0, 43Mbps on 15 Feb -
0, 28Mbps on 16 Feb -
0, 32Mbps on 17 Feb -
0, 39Mbps on 18 Feb -
0, 31Mbps on 19 Feb -

my line speed normally is between 5, 5 Mbps & 8, 5 Mbps.

The line speed is so slow that I have to log in onto this Telkom fault reporting website, with my MTN cell phone data connection - Telkom's ADSL service is to slow, that it cannot log onto a Telkom website!!!

I have loaded my account with a new 20Gig bundle (4Meg to 10Meg service) - line speed still VERY slow
