Fault number 863CTK110213
4 days ago my ADSL line speed dropped to between 0, 12Mbps & 0, 37Mbps... according to [URL Removed]
My business is subscribed to Telkom's FASTEST dsl-service... their 4Mbps to 10Mbps offering... my line speed therefore should be between 5Mbps & 8Mbps
For the past 4 days, Telkom officials phone me daily, to enquire about my ADSL-problem. Later in the day I predictably receive an erroneous e-mail or SMS, informing met that my problem has been resolved.
Over the past 4 days my line speed has been steadily dropping:
o 0, 43Mbps on 10 Feb -
o 0, 37Mbps on 11 Feb -
o 0, 33Mbps on 12 Feb -
o 0, 12Mbps on 13 Feb -
Telkom officials are now informing me that they will instruct a technician to inform me, why they cannot help my business get online again!!??
Telkom... please assign a competent technician to fault number 863CTK110213
