According to my ISP my internet speed is so slow and unstable because of an issue from Telkom, which has been escalated to Telkom by webafrica on several occasions. I am paying for a 1mbps line but am only getting speeds of 0.4kbps. I then tried testing the speed, using mweb's hosting and it turns out their speed is just as slow and I was advised by mweb that is can only be a telkom fault on the henley exchange. I am reporting this fault under web africa and telkom on hellopeter. Thanks Clint (PS in general the service from web africa is great, great great... but considering that my adsl line is with my isp, I expect Telkom to address the issues escalated to them by webafrica timeously and appropriately)
