Slow Internet

I have had numerous complaints to Telkom Internet. I pay for a 4 Mbps line, but only average 2 Mbps to 3 Mbps. For the last two days my speed has been 0, 2 Mpbs.

I log a fault (on numerous occasions) - they say they rest my line and everything should be fine, but i still only get between 2 to 3 Mbps on a good day... never the 4 Mbps that i pay for monthly on my ADSL
