I have been struggling with SLOW to DEAD internet speeds in the Centurion Higveld area. I have used 3 different ISPs with no luck.
Everytime I contact Telkom they just say my line is syncing at 4mb/sec so there is no issue with them. This was untill an ISP indicated that the Highveld 3 Exchange is congested and over utilised.
I asked a Telkom Call Centre agent to check this and suddenly they can see it as well after not being able to see it for the last 3 weeks!!!
Telkom - you are rolling out a 40Mb network and cant even support the useless current ADSL bandwidth!!!
I cannot believe this country is dependant on such a useless company to support our ITC environment!
