24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
Very very disappointed!

In 2011 I've signed up for two Iphones contracts consecutively and also taken two insurance policies for the phones under the same ID number too. Contract A's phone was in 2011 and it was reported and claimed without hassles. (I thought everything would be amended automatically since they have couriered the phone down to me instead of me picking it up from my nearest MTN branch). At the end of 2012 contract B's phone was lost so I've reported and claimed for it but instead of a hassle-free claim, it was declined because the cellphone number was not matching with the IMEI number. (The IMEI number for Contact A's replacement phone from 2011 somehow was amended to my Contract B) It was a long battle (I had to call in and re-explain my situation because they never call back!), after a month or so it was finally approved and sorted out promising me that everything is in order, IMEI numbers are right for both contracts now. But to my surprise I called in 2 days ago just wanting to check on my policies, and I had to find out that my contract A has been cancelled because of the declined claim in 2012! It has been 2 days and I'm still waiting for them to call me back!
