I have contacted Telkom on 6 different occasions, requested 4 call-backs for a query and the reference no. was given and Still no call-back.
I have probably spent atleast 30min per call on the 6 different occasions, waiting for a MANAGER to take my call as the consultants or not properly trained (This I can say as I work for another ISP) and have no idea of what they are taking about! THIS IS VERY SCARY AS TELKOM HOST THE ISP MARKET SHARE IN SA.
It seems Telkom is not interested in retaining current or in obtaining new clients. I suppose when there is no other place to go for a landline I guess you don't really have to be CUSTOMER CENTRIC as they know YOU WILL JUST HAVE TO CALL THEM AGAIN!
