From the best network to the worst eve

My Samsung Galaxy S3 went to Vodacom for repairs because it could not read a sim card, they took 15 days to get back to me with the following answer: "Mam, It might be water damage we aren't sure" I mean this is completely outrageous.
I work in a technical company as a warranty controller I know how things work even aware of a negligence and a water damage. Please note there is no way that phone can be a water damage because it has never fell in a water or in a contact with a steam always safe in its cover. I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom and has never missed a payment and this is how they thank me but I know them because thats what they did to my fiance. He upgraded on the 4th of December took the phone back to Vodacom Rusternburg (waterfall mall|) after 8 days as it was malfunctioning they told him that they cant exchange for him as they have to send it in for repairs I mean after 8 days he needed it urgently. He took the unit to Vodacom when we were back from our vacation it took 3 weeks now its faulty again they booked the phone again. What a customer service, as for me and my husband to be we changing networks. Its the end of the month and now we supposed to pay Vodacom
