I upgraded in March to a Blackberry Z10 form the MTN store in Tzaneng Mall (Mobile Solutions), where the lady gave me the phone while she cut the sim card to fit in the phone!?!?!? Apparently this was the 1st mistake!! I took the phone home and ever since then the phone was not working properly!!
I went back to the store, made several phone calls but nobody helped me properly.
Now the phone was send for "Warranty Assessment" but nobody can give me any answers??? What kind of service is MTN giving to their customers lately???
Who is going to re-emburse me for the 2 sim swaps I had to do and for the contract I have been paying, but I have no phone and have not been using the contact???
