After a very long battle with Vodacom SA on faultquery # I3165500/6, whereby I was told there is no way my number can be re-activated on the VODACOM network, it is hardly a year that I have been in dispute with them... and the number in question is back online with a different customer than me!!!
The very same number I wanted them so badly to re-activate, they have reactivated it and gave it someone else who brings in money to the company, unlike me who complains non-stop.
I feel upon and taken for-granted by Vodacom over their own careless and doings.
You told me to to buy a replacement SIM pack so you can re-activate the number (of which you said the cost of acquiring that replacement SIM pack will be reimbursed, I am still waiting for my money to date), later telling me the number can't be reactived... strange things do really happen... miracles indeed, my same number is back on your network (hardly a year since it was first deactivated from my posession).
I would appreciate it if I can get a logical explanation of what is happening with my case please... I have been left hanging in the air, waiting for your feedback.
