Why has my contracted data bundle been cancelled?

One of my contracts with Cell C came with a 300mb data bundle on it. Unfortunately, this is not enough. I tried to add on another 300mb data bundle, only to be told i can't have the same amount of data as another bundle (you have got to be kidding me!!!). Ok, so I added on 500mb to my contract, only to discover whilst using my data, that the original contracted 300mb seems to have been deleted.

How can this be? The original 300mb is part of the actual contract! You cannot touch my contract! You are in breach of my contract! I am supposed to now have 300mb 500mb = 800mb.

Does Cell C ever get anything right?

I want this sorted with immediate effect, with someone contacting me, and confirming that this has been sorted. I do not want to be in constant contact with Cell C over the next couple of months trying to sort this out!
