Why bother?

I've been a customer of Iburst for a number of years, but recently their service has deteriorated to new lows. I have been having problems with line speed/ connections dropped/ no signal and when I phone the call centre (if I can get through) I'm told to do a speedtest [URL Removed] and send through the results and they will 'escalate' this to their 'specialists'... Well I think they escalate ALL of their complaints out the window as I have never been satisfied with the responses, they told me that 0.09mbps per second was about right for my area! Broadband? - I think not!

This is a company who truly do not care about customer service at all and all of the people who have complained here should take their business elsewhere... because they don't care about you and they do not deserve to be in business!

Oh and by the way - I'm pretty sure they don't read the complaints on this site either - so you're really wasting your time.
