This is a follow up on a previous complaint. Telkom finally got my Internet working, but charged me for the month it wasn't working, I have requested a refund and had no feedback. Now it's in for another month but my Internet speed has never been over 0.8MB but I ordered a 4MB line. Why should I pay for a 4MB line if that speed has never been provided (not even close). Please fix my line so I get the speeds I'm paying for. The last reference number was ARS 223974 this was resolved I guess if you can say a 4MB line is a line that's under 1MB speed. My number is 011 791 2101. I have reported this issue to your call center a while ago without feedback.
