I am spending more time reporting the speed of this line than actually having a line. had decent line speed from the 1st August until the 6th of September @ 1.7mb per second, I am actually paying for a 2mb per second line and certainly have not received this. this line is down again. I am sick and tired of this. It is costing me money and time to keep reporting this issue. sort this out asap please. Telkom offered me this line and now I feel you offered something you CANNOT deliver on. the line test is pinging at 145ms, and then won't even test the line speed, it just hangs.
