Bad Service - not answering their phones

I would like to lay a complaint regarding a problem I have with the service at your Neotel N1 City branch.

We have a few of your Neotel phones and sometimes require some assistance regarding the use of the phones / internet usage. The problem we have is that they almost never answer their phones. I do believe that we are not the only people experiencing this problem. It has happened a few times before that we have phoned between 10 and 15 times between their 2 lines and NO ANSWER.

I can understand if the shop is busy but this happens too often and therefore I believe that they have a short staff issue. It is not always possible to visit to the branch when they are not answering their phones.

Your customer care center closes quite early over weekends and sometimes we work late. Most of the time we work until after the customer care center has closed on weekends (4pm Saturdays, 2pm Sundays). Is there any other number we can contact should we require some assistance and not get hold of your N1 City branch?
