Can you please employ people who understand english! Every second question they ask is excuse me. I bought for the first time pre pay phones x2 from neotel and very dissapointed. Non of the numbers provided works!! I try to explain this to the call centre but they just dont understand!!! On YOUR papers I got it says pre pay customer support 242. This does not work! It says activate voicemail 220, it does not work! It says retrieve voicemail 222, it does not work! Call centre said dail *33*220# to register for voicemail, it does not work! Does anything work at Neotel? Can I return the phones and get my money back as I really do not feel like this service?
