Dear M Hook. I have liaised with the Network Division and they confirmed that there will be a new site planned for your area. They advised that they will engage with you on progress made with regards to this. Once again, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard. Kind regards. Rashieda Jattiem. What am I to do!!! Pay for a service I cannot use!! Dear Rashieda, Sorry but this answer is not acceptable. In the meantime I have 3 data contracts with you and cannot use, but must pay. As in your email you say a site is planned that can take months so what am I to do in the meantime. May I have your supervisor no so, that something must be done, are you going to cancel my contracts so I can go to a provider that can give me service. Rely: Dear M Hook I will request that the Network Division contact you regarding a cancellation. 18/2/2012 Rashieda, I have not heard from the network department?? I have 3 data and 3 cell phones with you. But only 1 data with mtn and they came out, found that they will put an antenna on for me which will enhance my signal. MTN Can Help but Vodac useless
