I bought my plasma stand in Volksrust, and relocated to Standerton. My door hinge then failed, and when I contacted the Volksrust branch, they referred me to Standerton, since I had already relocated. Fair enough. However, I am battling with the Standerton branch now for a couple of months to assist me. As we speak, the door is with them for just over a month now, and every time I am there, they tell me different stories, and promise to call me with a feedback. I am tired of their stories now, even yesterday, the branch manager promised that they would call me back with feedback, and I am still waiting. This is very annoying and very unprofessional.
