Plasma Mobile

In 2009 my husband K Moothosamy took out 2 contracts with Plasma mobile. Since then he has upgraded once and has received a Blackberry Bold and was offered a Blackberry 8520 however we have never received this phone. For the Blackberry 8520 we have never received this phone HOWEVER MTN has been billingus every month. I have tried to contact Plasma Mobile Numerous times and the number doesnt even ring. As I am compiling this complaint i am on the line with MTN Direct and the cinsultant named Sandy who is supposed tp be assisting me has me holding and is so ride its unbelievable. MTN is my hard earned money every month and this has been happening since 2011. the last time i checked this was. To date no one can answer why we have not received our phone and why are we being billed for this. Is it rocket science to have a paper trail showing that NO MR OR MRS MOOTHOSAMY SIGNED FOR A BLACKBERRY 8520. Who is going to refund the R159.00 that has been deducted off my account from 2011 to date. I was advised by Sandy that Nosipho (manager) will contact me back. Now I have to wait another day to see if they will call me and at the end of the month R159.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED AGAIN
