I brought my 50" logik HD plasma that's 3 months old back to Game, as it wouldn't play my new Blu Ray. 2 weeks later after waiting for parts, I tested the TV at the store. Again it wouldn't play the Blu Ray. After a couple of hours buggering around the Manager tells me the buyer says it's a "Limitation" of the TV that it doesn't play Blu Rays. Having checked online, and it says it plays Blu Rays, and having complained to head office, I'm expected to wait till they can figure out whats going on??? 2 weeks with no TV, and been given the run around... Would advise all to be very careful when buying anything from these people, as passing the buck seems to be the way they do business.
