I went there to buy a plasma, stand and sofas and expected to receive new items but when the delivery came i found that the items were taken from the display floor. I went and ask them to take them back but promised to be replaced but only the plasma was replaced. Now i am paying for display items as never replaced with new once. The manager never tried to help since the month of march till today. I don't think i will ever go to any Ellerines again or refer someone there because they are just a disaster.
