Incomplete Service

On 14-02-2013 I purchased a data contract with device from 8ta in Greenstone. After the purchase I was told that all the due processes had been completed and that I would be able to use the device and data sim straight away. I strugled to establish connection for the next two days and had my partner take the device back and tell them that the device would not connect and that the fault was with the sim card. They responded by saying that they do not deal with data problems and gave her the customer helpline number. I phoned the number and received assistance from a very helpful gentleman, Dancley Estrice, only to be informed that the order on my SIM was not completeley processed by the consultant at the store as it should have been done. He completed the order over the phone and I was connected within minutes. I am incredably unhappy with the 8ta store service and the fact that I had to strugle and phone around to get something done that should have been done correctly in the first place. I just want to thank Dancley for his assistance.
