I'm writing this complain as an extremely disappointed and undermined client!!!
I've been trying to cancel the 3G contract that I recently took with Nashua and I've been taken for a ride since the 07 February 2013. This will be my last complaint on this website as I will be escalating my complain to the ombudsman since the franchise manager by the name of Welile Nhlapo no longer responds to my emails but does reads them as I receive read receipt!!!
Can someone process this cancellation immediately as I no longer have the device with me. I returned it to the Nashua three days after I purchased it but I just received my monthly statement with a bill shock!!!
I have had no feedback and no confirmation of the cancelation since I escalated it to the franchise manager.
