Excellent service received from Dancley Estrice

I was having difficulty connecting to the internet. I phoned in 4 times, each time my call was dropped and the consultant did not phone me back. After calling in for the fourth time my call was answered by Dancley Estrice who successfully helped me to connect to the internet. He also took my number in case the call dropped and went through the effort of finding out how my device worked so that he could ensure that I was able to connect even though he was not actually familiar with the device I was working with. He provided me with excellent service!!!
