Data Card that does not work

I Phoned Autopage on 15-11-2013 for them to activate a sim card my Ref 311810, they said it would take 2 - 24h and then my device will be working. I Phoned them again on 20 November, the sim card was not activated. I phoned them again on 26-11-2013, the sim card was activetd but not Ricca'd. I phoned 05-12-2013 and they said that every thing is fine on the sim card, but they forgot to activate something, And that I should give it 1h and then the device will work. I Phoned again today, and the device is not working. Now it seems that the sim card is not Ricca'd I Dont want the device now. The customer services is no good. They don't know what goes on in their departments. And I sit with a device that is no use to me.. And now I have to pay them monthly for data that I cannot use, since the sim card is not working. And they dont want to take the device back, and cancel the contract.
