I attempted to contact CellC to conduct my upgrade as i required information with regards to available handsets when i do my 4 upgrades however i had gotten service of the lowest quality, the consultant Mdu placed me on hold for 15 minutes. I am highly unsatisfied with the service received from CellC as i have been a loyal CellC customer and had been eagerly anticipating my upgrades with CellC however after this incident i am considering cancelling all 4 contracts and moving over to another service provider.
