I had a contract with Nashua mobile for 2 years and it ended in November last year. In October I phoned in and spoke to a lady (forgot her name) and I asked her not to renew my contract as I was fed up with their poor service and the lady confirmed with me that she did that on the system. She then asked me if I wanted the number and I said yes because I wasusing the number and I asked her if it was gonna cost me anything to keep my number and she responded" no mam its for free" to my suprise I got an invoice at the of december from Nashua stating that I needed to pay for airtime and a subcription fee. I then called them again on the 24th of December and requested for them to cancel my number and they give me a fax number and said I must fill it in and send the form to the fax number 011 2079000 which I did (still have the copy of the fax report). I didnt hear anything from them until yesterday when one of their debtors controller phoned me to say I must pat R736.81 she couldn't explian what I was paying for. I phoned again after holding for about 15minutes I spoke to about 4 cosultants they said they never got my cancellation form and that the fax the lady gave me was wron
