Don't hold your breath for assistance

This is the THIRD time I'm writing on Hello Peter regarding the Cancellation of my Cell C data contract - with every compliant I have submitted I have been informed that I will be contacted by Lucille but it's been 3 weeks and 3 complaints later and NOTHING has been done and NO ONE has contacted me personally to update me on the progress of my complaint. I expect a refund of R149 from Cell C and confirmation that my data contract has been cancelled.
