It's been well over 9 months since I filed a claim on my Blackberry 9300 curve, my phone was lost in January 2013 and I went to Edgars Church Street where I filed for a claim. It was a second claim and like the first claim I followed all required procedures I waited for several weeks thereafter not hearing any word from the store I visited Edgars Church Street only to be told my claim has not been finalized. In mid March I headed back to the store to inquire only to be told that the device I'm claiming for has not been recorded with Finrite instead my previous phone the Nokia 5280 Xpress Music was still registered as my current phone this was confusing as my lost Blackberry 9300 curve was a replacement for the Nokia 5280 Xpress music, the consultant at Edgars Church told me that the is nothing she can and that I have try and this up with Finrite. I then called the call centre only to be told the same story the is no recorded of a Blackberry 9300 Insurer with Finrite on the Edgars Account and to mdate the insurance is being paid on a monthly basis. I NEED MY HANDSET REPLACED.
