NO SERVICE - WHAT AM I PAYING FOR

NO INTERNET.
NOT ABLE TO MAKE CALLS.
So I pay for 500MB data which I cannot use and have tons of talk time which i also cannot use, why??? Because Cell C's network is saturated in my area which means in order to accomodate everyone they're cutting on services. Rather they cut services (as in my case). Initially i thought it was my phone so I got a new one, it wasn't my phone that was the prolem. So they advised me to switch over to Vodacom network for internet and phonecalls as they have an agreement; this solves the phone calls problem but my internet is constantly on edge which means it never works as it always times out. I tried getting hold of a consultant but all I get is a message "Sorry system can't provide the service for you now" - this has been ongoing for the last 3 weeks. Oh did I forget to mention I have the same issue at work that took only wait hmmmmm it's still not resolved... The only time Cell C actually works in my area s at 1:00am. So here is my resolution since I'm not getting the service I pay for I don't see why I need to continue to pay for nothing. I'd rather pay R2.45 per minute for a service which actually allows me to make a phone call!!!
