I logged a report on to hello peter last year in Oct '12. I still have unanswered questions and no feedback or assistance in the matter as promised by the agent who phoned me at that point in time. I am highly disappointed that this is the customer liaison from one of the big telecommunications companies, who thinks it is okay to shunt the little guy as they please. It also is quite disturbing to think that they treat us, the little guys who actually carries the company financially, the way that they do.
