I thought I would report this problem here again since complaints to management, call centre's and technicians are all falling on deaf ears!
I have had a cell c contract for more than a year and always have signal problems. This was reported about 20 times with no assistance, yet I have to continue paying my invoices. I could not make 1 call out today and sent 2 requests for assistance to customer call. All unanswered.
I just dont know what to do anymore. I am not being released from my contract as no one is helping!
I actually get sick each time I see a cell c advert as this is all false advertising from an incompetent company.
