I put a report on hello peter and was contacted by Blanche from Cell C. Monday 22 April 2013 i was told that the ticket will be closed and that we should communicate via email.
i was also instructed to get new sim cards so that we can do sim swops etc. i have done so and i sent all the information through to Blanche so that she can assist as promised. i have not had any feedback after sending her emails - 22-24 April 2013. this is really upsetting as my previous report went from :( to :). i did not do that and i am surely NOT happy.
