3 weeks ago there was a situation that occurred at the school, i called the receptionist mentioned above to transfer me to the deputy principal who spoke to me in a not so nice way. She then transferred the call & came back to tell me that she was not available & asked if i could leave a message, i refused because i called the previous day & left one and no one had gotten back to me i then asked her if she could find someone else who can assist me since leaving a message was not working. She refused &said i must either leave a message or call back, which i refused &she then transferred me 5 or 6 times to a number over & over again with out getting back to me to tell me what she was doing which irritated me & i hung up. Later that day i called back &got a hold of whom i was looking for &explained the situation & requested for a written apology for the way i had been treated. Mrs Mchunu took down my details &apologised on the receptionists behalf &told me i would receive my apology. Today i called Mrs Mchunu to find out about my apology &she told me that the receptionist refuses to write it because she says i was rude to her &gave her supervisors number to deal with it.
