Good day,
I urgently need assistance on my 2 GIG Cell C data Contract. I upgraded my Data contract from R149 per month to R99 per month. Now Cell C debited my Bank account on 20/04/2013 with R160.66 and again on 29/04/2013 with R149.00!!! this money is being from my account. I need to pay my Rent today and is short because of Cell C's Mistake!!! I have called the call cente 084 145 on numerous occasions, sent emails and still nobody is helping me. I need assistance regarding this today, and need somebody to call me to sort out a refund!!!
This is totally unacceptable!!!
