I cancelled my contract in December 2012 at the Cell C branch at The Glen. I received confirmation from the branch that the cancellation form was faxed to headoffice for processing. 2 weeks following this in early Jan, I contacted the Cell C contact centre and was assured that the cancellation had been processed and no Debit order would be taken off in Feb yet the debit order went through last night. This is terrible service especially after being assured that my contract was cancelled. Now I need to fight for a refund and confirm again that my contract is cancelled, when it should have been done the FIRST TIME.
