I submitted cancellation of my Cell C data contract in December and it has yet to be cancelled. I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter this time last week and was informed that I would be contacted by Lucille. I have Not received a phone call from anyone, there has been a comment on my complaint stating that I will be refunded for the debit order that went off this month but NO ONE has called me to update me on Progress and explain the necessary procedure. Seriously pathetic service.
