My Cell C internet contract expired after 2 years. I was contacted by Cell C to renew my contract. The new contract is a 5gig-15gig after 12am contract from the date that I was contacted by Cell C at R189 per month. I recieved my bill for September and it is R1872. Data was pre-loaded to my contract as I was contacted in the middle of August. I did not exceed my data limmit. Cell C at East Rand mall asked me to phone 084 145 to rectify this as they can not do it. On 19 September I contacted Cell C and they informed me that it will be investigated and solved within 48 hours. Nothing's been done. Ref. no: 3091900393
