We recently had our telephone line collapse which affected our telecom reception. Two calls were made to the telkom queries and customer service where reference numbers were provided. On both both occasions, the agent stated that a technician will be dispatched to resolve the problem but to date, which is over 2 months, nothing has been done nor a technician was dispatched. I am furious with this pathetic service. I am a paying customer and should be given priority and resolution.
