After a storm our line went dead (no dial tone) which left us with no telephone or Internet... We logged a fault on 2 December got the fault reference and was sure it would be sorted...
Thursday last week (12th) called again to check status, no technician had yet even been dispatched to look at the problem let alone fix it so it was escalated.
On Friday I got an SMS saying they'd keep me informed for when a technician is dispatched...
Called Telkom again today (17th) to find out what's happening, just to be told no technician had been dispatched to investigate and all that can be done is to wait.
How much longer do I have to wait? Would telkom wait this long for me to pay my bill? No they expect it on time or cut you off yet my only option is to wait for what seems like it will be forever.
