8ta .. why you should not get an 8ta contract/phon

Good reasons not to join 8ta (I have 1.5 months left on a contract so I know what I'm talking about).
1. MMS often does not work
2. Roaming on MTN .. often problematic (8ta has no coverage of its own)
3. Sim card was faulty .. I had to pay for a sim swap!
4. 4x same phone went in for repair (each time I get a bad recon htc WITHOUT a screen protector).
5. Everytime you call someone, it dies the first time round, works on the second attempt... all numbers/networks
6. Customer care don't care and don't have a clue
7. Billing information was incorrect (address). Had to go into the store twice to fix it
8. Canal walk branch never picks up the telephone EVER.
9. Canal walk staff are not smart, make mistakes often, have a bad attitude and run to the back and make you wait for ages.
10. Missed calls (often people call and you are unavailable).? MTN roaming problem
11. Internet is slow on MTN.
12. Dropped calls (50% or more). HTC desire worked perfectly in the USA yet in RSA... 50% dropped calls
13. Tygervalley employees don't know you can upgrade after 22 months. They missed the training! (And at 18 years of age only have prepaid phones).
14. No 8ta/MTN reception where I live...
