BB Hybrid Non Recurring has been successfully activated on 02/02/2013 at 11:29. On 03/02/2013 no BIS no internet connection nothing. Phone customer services on 06/02/2013 - informed BB server Down. Phone CS on 11/02/2013 spoke to Karabo who then transferred me to the technical department - my BB Pin has been disconnected. Will pass this onto his supervisor and get it sorted. Was then informed I have to wait until he has 10 BB pins with the same problem so that it can be sent to their IT department. Still disconnected and no BIS or internet services. What is the point of having a Cell C contract with a BB if according to their customer service person this is not part of their service and will have to pay penalty fees to cancel my contract
