Bad Service

I had been trying to cancel my contract since December already. I completed the cancellation form and emailed it through. I then went into the Canal Walk store where I was informed they would get back to me. They never did, after emailing and FB messages I got a call this morning to confirm I am on prepaid now and that I would need to buy airtime and BIS. However, I am still able to make calls. I do not want to buy BIS then they cancel it. I am so glad that I have canceled the contact. I am so tired of following up, it is a waste of my time and money. I am not one to complain but I am so frustrated at the moment. I took out the contract for my fiance and now he is not able to use his phone. The service is really so shocking I even phoned the call center and they couldn't sort out the problem, gave me the wrong number even to phone the canal walk branch. I really hope that for once and for all I am sorted out. They don't even apologize and are not friendly on the phone too.
